"A poet's work is to name the unnameable, to point at frauds, to take sides, start arguments, shape the world, and stop it from going to sleep." - Salman Rushdie

Welcome to Beth Murch’s happy home on the internet! Here, kernels of ideas are gathered, seeds of words are planted, and bright blooms of poems burst forth from the earth. Put a cedar log in the woodstove, pull on your rainbow socks, wrap yourself in your favourite patchwork quilt, sip a heady brew, and join me as we nestle into some poetry. Maybe we will harvest some ripe and juicy verses, maybe we will find some petal-soft haiku, maybe we will collect some tumbleweeds that blow through the scorched land of my writer’s block…I don’t know what we will come up with…that’s why it is an adventure! Peace and Blessings!
